Project Description
The Isaacs Houses project is the first contract Smalls Electrical Construction was awarded from a municipal agency back in
1989. The terrace lights installed by Smalls on this housing complex are quite possibly the brightest lights on the Manhattan skyline.
These pictures were taken from Astoria Park in Queens. The next time you drive over the Triborough Bridge, drive past 96th Street on the
FDR, or even fly to or from La Guardia Airport, look out your window. The terrace lights of New York City Housing Authority’s Issacs Houses add brilliance, beauty, and character to upper Manhattan’s skyline.
